What we collect
When you send the audit request form, we receive what you typed: your name, your business name, your email address, and your answer to the qualifying question. When you sign up for the newsletter, Kit (our newsletter provider) receives your email address.
Where it goes
Audit request details are delivered straight to our business inbox through an automated relay we operate. Newsletter addresses are stored by Kit (ConvertKit LLC), our email newsletter provider. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone beyond the services named on this page.
Outside services this page uses
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or tracking. To work, it loads two things from outside companies: our page fonts come from Google Fonts, and the newsletter signup box is powered by Kit. When your browser loads those, Google and Kit can see your IP address, the same way any website you visit can. Their own privacy policies apply to what they receive: Google's privacy policy and Kit's privacy policy.
What we use it for
Audit requests: to reply to you and schedule your audit by email. Newsletter: to send you the build updates you asked for. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing works immediately.
Questions or removal
Email us at a.tyndale@houseinorder.io and we'll answer, correct, or delete what we hold about you. For your newsletter data, you can also unsubscribe directly, and we can ask Kit to delete your record entirely.
